CIL Examiners
We are now pleased to offer the services of Examiners for CIL charging schedules. CLG guidance makes it clear that the Examiner does not need to be a Planning Inspector, provided they are independent and suitably qualified and experienced. We offer a fully supported service, from the initial enquiry to supply of the final report. For more details please click here

Development Economics Training
This in-house training explores how developers assess development projects and set the value of the land, how viability is addressed, and the practical issues around viability when developing a CIL schedule. For further details click here.
