1.    Minutes of the meeting of 29 January and matters arising

 Note that minutes were circulated with the wrong date of 11 September.

Item 1 The chairman reported that the study by GVA Grimley on transport guidance was delayed as the direction of the work was reviewed.

The chairman reported that work on Policies for Spatial Plans continued to be delayed

Item 8.  It was noted that the County Surveyors Society had changed its name to ADEPT
