1. Minutes of the meeting of 05 November 2010 and matters arising The Secretary apologised for an earlier draft of the meeting notes that had been circulated in error. An up-dated draft of the minutes was tabled at the meeting. These minutes were accepted as a true and correct record and there were no matters arising.
2. Localism Bill Update - DCLG Presentation - Andrew Close Andrew Close explained that the Planning Elements of the Localism Bill (Part 5) had been debated this week at the Committee stages in the House (Tues 15/2 & Thurs 17/2) and that they had now reached as far as neighbourhood planning. The Committee session had now recessed and will re-convene on 1 March 2011. Andrew explained that he had attended the Committee sessions.
