Infrastructure delivery planning: learning from the IDP pilots

PAS are supporting authorities in 14 areas to prepare infrastructure plans using the ‘steps approach' to infrastructure delivery planning (IDP).  At this stage in the process most pilots have created IDP schedules containing their IDP evidence base.
