Three Steps to Better Planning

The Planning Officers Society has launched it's manifesto "Three Steps to Better Planning"

It is intended that a more efficient and effective planning system will:

• demonstrate that small changes to the system can deliver big impacts for the better;
• ensure that the right decisions are made by the right people at the right level; and
• develop and retain the skills and expertise within the public sector to deliver sustainable communities and support long term economic growth.
