Improving Listed Building Consent Consultation

The Society do consider there are opportunities to refine the regime of listed building consents as acknowledged in the draft Heritage Bill and do welcome some suggestions in the consultation. The Society are happy to contribute to any review by the Department of the provisions relating to Urgent Works Notices, Repairs Notices and Compulsory Purchase.However, the Society does not support options 1, 2 and 4 as set out in the consultation.
