The POSe CIL and Infrastructure Panning Project is a supported learning group intended to give LPAs practical assistance in preparing for both Local Iinfrastructure Plans (LIPs) and the Community Infrastructure levy (CIL) - it is run jointly with the PAS
So far learning groups have been set up and a serious of seminars undertaken on a regional basis. This involves working with 60 LPAs in three groups - two national and one regional. Meetings take place quarterly.
