POS Endorses Suggested Amendment to NPPF to Prioritise Brownfield Land

The RTPI, CPRE, BPF and National Trust have written to Greg Clark MP with a suggested wording to ensure previously developed land is prioritised, where appropriate, through the planning system.

The new wording has been endorsed by the Planning Officers Society, Civic Voice, the Construction Industry Council and the National Farmers's Union.
