POS Lodges Amendment to Localism Bill's Duty to Cooperate Clause

POS has successfully managed to get its proposed amendment to Clause 95 - Duty to Cooperate - tabled in the House of Lords by Earl Lytton, President of NALC, and supported by Baroness Scott.

Catriona Riddell, who drafted the amendment, said "Whilst we appreaciate that it is difficult to get amendments through at this stage at least we've made it to this stage."
