In recognition of the difficulties many LPAs face in dealing with the new NPPF the Planning Officers Society has prepared an Advice Note. This Note offers information and advice to authorities considering how to respond to the enactment of the Localism Act and the publication of the finalised National Planning Policy Framework.

Andrew Wright, General Manager of POS Enterprises, said "examples of case law are invited to assist in the review of this document."
