Best Value Planning Performance Standards 2006/07 Consultation
Both the POS and LGA welcomes the opportunity to comment on the proposals, however, as last year they both question on precisely what they are being consulted on. Whilst the paper sets out the proposed new Performance Standards and the authorities to which they will apply, it is evident that the authorities listed will be declared Planning Standards Authorities for 2006/07 irrespective of the responses given.
