Many authorities have developed expertise and strategies for Climate Change. PPS1 Climate Change supplement and much other relevant guidance is available on the web. The purpose of this guidance note is not to duplicate that expertise and guidance. It is intended to assist those authorities not in the vanguard of climate change planning policies to develop their thinking and to act as a check list for them.
