1.         Apologies  - Apologies had been received from Tony Cook, Roy Boulton and Paula Hewitt

2.         Minutes of the MWC Executive held on 17 March 2009 - The minutes were noted.

3.         Matters Arising

Paragraph 8.1 MP said that CLG had now let a contract to extend 1APP. The contract would take 12-15 months and ARUP would be the contractor. The project steering group would involve DCPAG.

Item 5(c)  :  At the June 2009 Planning Convention CLG had announced that they would be sponsoring 5 bids for LDOs.
