The Impact of the Revised PPG3 on Car Parking Policy - Response by POS

In order to assist POS in its my response it would be appreciated to have your comments on the following questions:

1. Have you revised your residential car parking policies as a result of PPS3?

 2. Do residential parking standards reflect a desire to reduce car ownership - i.e. are they set at lower levels than current levels of ownership?

3. How have you reconciled the desire to reduce car use and ownership with the need to provide adequate levels of space for parking?
