POS Enterprises Ltd, on behalf of the Society, has entered into a contract with the LGA to provide a consultancy service, the keystone of which is to manage the development of responses to consultations on behalf of the LGA. The Society will prepare its own responses to each consultation, which will be forwarded to the LGA with the expectation that it will generally accept the POS response as its own. The response will then be submitted by each separately making it clear that it is also a joint response. The consultation responses can be found listed below.
