POS Enterprises Ltd

For some time the Society has recognised that although it enjoys considerable influence, its capacity to carry out proactive work has steadily reduced as the demands upon its members in their work for their authorities have grown.  Accordingly the decision was made to establish an operational arm for the Society, to carry out organisational and professional work on the Society's behalf, and bring in revenue to enable the Society to expand its activities.

POS Enterprises was established in early 2004.  It is a company limited by guarantee, and the Directors, who are members of the Society, receive no fee for their services but are entitled to reasonable expenses.  It has adopted a statement of operating principles [click here to download]  which sets out how it will take forward its relationship with the Society.   

The current Directors are
