The legislation is covered by the Anti Social Behaviour Act (ASBA) 2003 Chapter 38 part 8: High Hedges, and has been in force since June 2005. The legislation gives people the right to complain to the Council where existing high hedges affect the 'reasonable enjoyment' of their residential properties |
