President 1997/1998

Graeme was County Planning Officer for Lancashire when he was elected first president of POS and is now retired. He is a Vice President of the TCPA, a Board member of Planning for Real and a Board member of the Welwyn Garden City Centenary Foundation. He was appointed OBE in the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Honours List for services to the TCPA.
