Emma Talbot is the Acting Strategic Director of Housing and Regeneration at the London Borough of Harrow.  She is responsible for leading the Directorate working across Planning, Regeneration, Housing and the Corporate Estate, delivering the Council’s ambitions for growth and investment.  This includes all aspects of housing as well as promoting and coordinating development focused on strategic place making, to improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the Borough’s residents. 
Emma was previously Director of Planning at Lewisham where she worked for over 19 years, leading on the most significant development and regeneration projects.  This included the delivery of thousands of new homes across the Borough, new schools and leisure as well as key projects such as Lewisham Gateway and the Bakerloo Line extension.

Emma was an NLA Expert Panel member for the Tall Building programme for three years and is also on the Future of London Steering Group.
