Project & Development Manager

Karen is the Project and Development Manager, responsible for the research programme and project work undertaken by the Society.  Following a MSc in Urban and Regional Planning, Karen started her career in management consultancy and has held a number of senior roles in central and local government.  Karen now runs her own firm (OPR Consulting Ltd), supporting clients with programme management and performance reporting, partnership facilitation, and management and governance reviews.
